Kim Vaccari
President, Founder
Kim Vaccari has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She served as CFO for one of the largest not-for-profit corporations in New York. She also served as CFO for the New Jersey Transit Corporation and as Director of Finance for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. She worked as a public finance investment banker serving governments and not for profits. She is a results-driven financial leader with extensive experience and knowledge in government and not-for-profit sectors. Proficient in all aspects of fiscal management including: Budget Development, Profit/Loss Management, Risk Assessment, Corporate Governance, Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures, Strategic Planning and Grants Management. She has served on numerous not-for-profit boards helping them build strong foundations.
Stephanie Hays
Senior Adviser
Stephanie Hays is an experienced business professional with over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance and Risk Management business. Stephanie has worked for Marsh and Mclellan on the retail side of the industry as well as Swett and Crawford on the wholesale side of the industry, both being one of the top five largest insurance firms worldwide. Expertise includes marketing and placement of all lines of insurance as well as complete risk management services which would enable clients to identify and prevent claims. Over the past few years, Stephanie has concentrated on providing these same services to Non-Profit entities of all sizes including clients such as Feeding Tampa Bay and the Juvenile Welfare Board.
